HOW TO ORDER
| To order any of the template products simply click on the "Add to Cart" located below each product slide. If there is more than one product on the slide you will be promted to choose the product you want to add. When you have finished adding all your template products to the cart click on "View Cart". If there was more than one ordering option for any of your selected products this is where you will be able to choose specifics. When you are finished selecting options click on "Check Out". There are two important areas to fill out here... Contact Info: Be sure to fill out all the blanks and double check your email address. If you mistype your email it will cause serious order delays. Shipping Options: Be sure to select the option that you want here, either "Downloads" or "Order on Disc". Please note that if you order a disc you will still receive a set of download links. Once that portion is complete, click on "Send Order". All order payment are processed through Paypal. If you need to list design choices in a package order or a single card design, please use the Paypal "comments to merchant" or "instructions from buyer" box within the Paypal final checkout. Fulfillment Once we receive both your order confirmation and payment confirmation your download links will be sent. Please note that download links are not instant but they are normally sent out within a short period of time. If you do not see a download links email within 24 hours please contact info@checkartstudio.com as it is possible your payment was not received or there was a problem with your email address. |
